For 2025, we have further optimized the course layout – making it even faster:

• Reduced cobblestones: Only about 200 m of cobblestone remain on the route.

• No more out-and-back sections: The course now flows more smoothly without turnaround points.

• Back on the Terrassenufer: Following the clearance of debris from the collapsed Carolabrücke, we can once again run directly along the Elbe embankment – a true highlight in the heart of Dresden’s old town.
