If you do it properly, endurance sports are one of the most effective ways to maintain health and performance into old age. In order to support you with an optimal start in your physical activity and to prevent a possible health hazard, we ask you to fill out the short questionnaire on health carefully. The data are scientifically documented by the German Sport University Cologne. You will receive an evaluation of your information at the end of the questionnaire. The result is that you keep an eye on your health and minimize risks. It does not affect your eligibility to start. Answering the health questionnaire is voluntary.
